These Terms of Service govern your use of INQPULSE, a product of AiMinds Agency LLC. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Our Terms reflect a security-first company — one that holds itself to the same standard it holds its users.
By accessing or using INQPULSE at inqpulse.com, joining the Early Access waitlist, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AiMinds Agency LLC. "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using INQPULSE.
INQPULSE is an execution state management platform designed for founders and builders. The service includes:

You must be at least 13 years of age to use INQPULSE. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service. By using INQPULSE, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the content you submit to INQPULSE. We do not review, validate, or endorse any tasks, categories, or data submitted by users.
INQPULSE is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing tiers are:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Early Access Lock-In Rate: The first 1,000 founders who join Early Access and convert to a paid plan will receive INQ Pro at a locked rate for 12 months from their activation date. This rate is non-transferable and applies to the account holder only.
Student pricing requires verification of an active .edu email address. Student pricing is subject to annual re-verification.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@inqpulse.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review and resolve billing disputes in good faith.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without notice.
You retain full ownership of all tasks, categories, notes, and data you enter into INQPULSE. By using the service, you grant AiMinds Agency LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your task data for any purpose other than providing and improving your INQPULSE experience. We do not train general AI models on your personal task data.
INQ Pro subscribers receive AI-generated content including Pulse Report narratives and behavioral insights. This content is generated by automated systems grounded in your real execution data and is provided for informational and motivational purposes only.
AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind — not medical, financial, psychological, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on any content generated by INQPULSE.
INQPULSE, the INQPULSE name, logo, brand marks, Pulse Score methodology, Drift Logic system, and all associated software, design, and content are the property of AiMinds Agency LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the INQPULSE platform without our prior written consent. The INQPULSE trademark is pending registration under USPTO Class 042.
INQPULSE integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Cloudflare (security), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party providers.
INQPULSE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We do not warrant that any AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AiMinds Agency LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiMinds Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use INQPULSE, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiMinds Agency LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of INQPULSE, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AiMinds Agency LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of INQPULSE after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
