We are now applying the same rigor to execution discipline that the best engineering teams apply to secure systems. INQPULSE is built by AiMinds Agency LLC — a team that believes your data, your tasks, and your execution history belong to you alone. Our Privacy Policy reflects a security-first company, not an afterthought.

1. Who We Are

INQPULSE is a product of AiMinds Agency LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. When this Privacy Policy refers to "INQPULSE," "we," "us," or "our," it means AiMinds Agency LLC and the INQPULSE platform operated at inqpulse.com.

2. The Short Version

We collect only what we need to run the service. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Your task history, completion rates, and execution data are yours — we use them only to power your experience inside INQPULSE.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Name and email address when you join the waitlist or create an account
What you are building (optional, provided at signup)
Payment information when you subscribe — processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.
Tasks, titles, priorities, categories, and goal dates you enter into your queue
Account preferences and settings

Information generated by your use of the service:

Task completion data, Pulse Rate, Pulse Score, and drift history
Daily and weekly execution logs used to generate your Pulse Report
Login timestamps and session activity
Browser type, device, operating system, and IP address — for security and fraud prevention only

4. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and continuously improve the INQPULSE platform
Send your daily 7 AM Pulse Report and Sunday 8 PM Pulse Check emails
Notify you about your waitlist status and early access availability
Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe
Generate AI-powered behavioral insights using your real task completion data (INQ Pro subscribers)
Maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

We do not use your data to serve advertisements. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or license your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

5. AI Features and Your Data

INQ Pro subscribers have access to the INQPULSE Behavioral Engine, powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When generating your Pulse Report or behavioral insights, we send anonymized execution metrics — completion rates, drift counts, task categories, and timing patterns — to Anthropic's API.

We do not send your task titles, your name, your email, or any directly identifying information to any AI provider. AI-generated content in your Pulse Report is grounded in your real execution data and is computed in a single API call. That data is not retained by Anthropic beyond the duration of the request.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a small set of trusted infrastructure providers to operate INQPULSE. Each has been selected for its security posture and contractual data protection commitments:

Supabase — database and authentication. Row-Level Security is enforced on every table. You can only access your own data.
Stripe — payment processing. We transmit only what Stripe requires to process your subscription.
Resend — transactional email for Pulse Reports and account notifications.
Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, WAF, and DDoS protection. All traffic to inqpulse.com passes through Cloudflare's network.
Anthropic — AI API for Pulse Report generation (INQ Pro only). See Section 5.

We share only the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform their function. We do not share data with data brokers, analytics resellers, or advertising networks.

7. Security Architecture

We apply the same standards here that govern secure financial and institutional systems. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Your data at rest is protected by Row-Level Security at the database layer — meaning even a vulnerability at the application level cannot expose another user's data.

JWT session tokens expire after 1 hour, requiring re-authentication

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.

Aggregated, de-identified platform statistics (such as overall completion rate averages) may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be used to identify any individual.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data (right to erasure)
Portability — Request a machine-readable export of your task and execution data
Objection — Object to certain processing activities
Withdrawal of consent — Withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent

10. Email Communications

When you join the INQPULSE waitlist or create an account, you consent to receive service-related emails including your Pulse Report, Sunday Pulse Check, account notifications, and early access updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You cannot opt out of essential service communications (such as billing receipts or security alerts) while your account is active.

11. Children's Privacy

INQPULSE is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us at hello@inqpulse.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you by email. Your continued use of INQPULSE after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
